DR. WAYNE WERTHEIM: We’re fortunate that I am the full-time physician here, and that gave the opportunity to create what is a true med spa or medi spa, as they're called. And many people don't know what we're talking about when we say Med Spa. It is one of the fastest growing fields in medicine which is aesthetic medicine. And what a med spa is, is basically an aesthetic spa like environment for the practice of medicine. Therefore, it was important for the patient and all clients to understand is we do not see diseases here.

So, when you come visit us, you're not shown a waiting room with people that are ill, that are sick. We don't deal with insurance issues. So, when you come in, you're not going to have a lot of paperwork to take care of. One of the nicest things for the patients, too, because we know why our patients are coming in, we are able to see you on time. Which is great because you do know what time your appointment is, you get in and out within five minutes of your appointment time and you know that everybody else is here for the same things.

So, it creates a kind of family understanding that you're not here for a bad thing. Everybody is here for happy, nice things and we can create a much nicer, smoother environment for you.
