MS. FERRONE: When you come in for the complimentary consultation, we sit down. I look at your paperwork, and I address all of your concerns. I will ask you to look in a mirror and tell me exactly what are your concerns. I write them down. We discuss them, and then afterwards you have an opportunity to ask me any questions about whatever I have suggested.
After we discuss all of your concerns, and I answer all of your questions, I will then ask you if you would like to see Dr. Wertheim. At that point, Dr. Wertheim will come into the consult room, speak to you one-on-one together, and then I would come in afterwards and answer any other questions as far as what to do next.
As a previous patient of Dr. Wertheim, when I sit with you, I show you my pictures before and after because everyone always compliments my skin. And when I show them what my skin looked like before, they're absolutely shocked. As a matter of fact, my skin looks better in my 50s than when I was in my 20s.
